Chana Leiba Chaya Simon (nee Goldhair) passed away on Monday, 11 Elul 5786.
She was 38 and battled a long illness.
Originally from Riverdale, New York, she lived with her family in Ormond Beach, north of Daytona Beach on Florida’s Atlantic coast. She was a registered nurse.
She is survived by her husband, Binyomin Simon, originally from Crown Heights; their two-year-old son; her father, Richard Goldhair; and her sister, Chaya Sarah Lindsay of Ormond Beach, Florida.
The levaya will pass by 770 Eastern Parkway at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, August 26. Kevurah will take place at the Old Montefiore Cemetery in Queens.
