Belzer Kehilla in Monsey to Hold Major Hanachas Even Hapinah Monday for New Talmud Torah Building
The Belzer Kehilla in Monsey will mark a major milestone next Monday, August 31, with a Hanachas Even Hapinah, for the new and expanded building of the Belzer Talmud Torah of Monsey.
The event is scheduled for 6:30 PM at the site of the new building, 4 North Cole Avenue in Spring Valley, where the new facility is planned to serve the growing Belzer Kehilla and its mosdos.
The ceremony is expected to draw leading Rabbanim, marbitzei Torah and mechanchim, together with thousands of children and their parents, supporters of the mosdos, and members of the Kehilla. A special guest at the event will be Harav Shalom Rokaiach shlita, a grandson of the Belzer Rebbe shlita, who will participate in the historic occasion.
YF Productions is leading the production and coordination of the event, while crowd and traffic control will be handled by Chaverim Of Rockland, Ramapo Police and the Spring Valley Police Department.
The new building represents a significant expansion for the Belzer mosdos in Monsey as the Kehilla continues to grow and additional space is needed for its Talmud Torah and educational programs.
