An 8-year-old boy was seriously injured after falling approximately 40 feet from the fourth floor of his residential building in Bnei Brak.

The incident occurred on Emek Yizrael Street, prompting a large emergency response from Magen David Adom, United Hatzalah and Hatzalah medical personnel.

First responders found the child lying on the ground unconscious and suffering from a severe head injury and multiple traumatic injuries.

The child was unconscious at the time of transport and listed in serious condition.

The circumstances surrounding the fall were not immediately clear.

A name for Tehillim was not immediately available.
