Final preparations are underway for tonight’s massive Hanachas Even Hapinah for the new Belzer Talmud Torah building in Spring Valley. YF Productions is producing and coordinating the event, while Spring Valley Police and Chaverim Of Rockland are handling traffic, security and crowd control ahead of the 6:30 PM event.
