Heavy traffic is reported in both directions on the Palisades Interstate Parkway following a serious crash on the northbound side between Exits 16 and 17 at approximately 10:00 a.m. A 20-year-old male was transported by Rockland Hatzoloh EMS to Good Samaritan Hospital. A name for Tehillim is not needed at this time.
