
Rockland County DA Thomas Walsh Highlights Experienced Leadership Team
Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Walsh II is highlighting the senior leadership team overseeing the District Attorney’s Office, pointing to the group’s extensive prosecutorial and law enforcement experience.
The leadership team includes Dominic A. Crispino, Chief Assistant District Attorney; Doreen M. Lloyd, Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney; Joseph A. Barca, Division Chief of the County Court and Special Victims Division; Christopher S. Clark, Division Chief of the Investigations and Special Litigation Division; Matthew E. Martinez, Division Chief of the Justice Court and Grand Jury Division; and Deirdre Smith, Chief of Criminal Investigators.
Walsh said the team plays a central role in carrying out the office’s mission while maintaining a professional and supportive workplace for prosecutors and staff.
“I am incredibly proud to introduce this dynamic team of legal professionals who represent the very best of our justice system,” Walsh said.
The district attorney described the leadership team as highly experienced and dedicated, saying its members are focused on retaining top talent, accelerating the pursuit of justice, protecting victims and keeping Rockland County communities safe.
“This staff will assist me in carrying out the mission of my office to serve the interests of justice with compassion, understanding, and protection of victims,” Walsh said, adding that the team underscores the office’s commitment to providing experienced career prosecutors to serve Rockland County residents.
