The Religious Zionist Party submitted its slate for the upcoming Knesset elections on Tuesday evening, pushing MK Ohad Tal down to a relatively low position.

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich leads the slate, followed by Moshe Feiglin in second under an agreement between their respective factions.

Minister Orit Strock holds the third spot, followed by Simcha Rothman, Tzvika Mor, Lt. Col. (res.) Itamar Eitam, Tzvi Sukkot, Yitzhak Zaga, Reut Ben Haim, Omer Patziniach, Arcady Mutter, Ohad Tal, Roei Kirshberg, Omer Rahamim, Sima Hasson, Michal Woldiger, Shirel Nahir Laloom, Shmuel Sasson, Iris Bernstein, and Zvika Vishingrad.

The reshuffle created notable shifts for incumbent MKs. Tzvi Sukkot, chairman of the Knesset Education Committee, secured the seventh spot - a position widely seen as viable for entering the Knesset if the coalition retains power. In contrast, MK Ohad Tal dropped to 12th place, considered an unlikely spot to gain a seat.

Addressing the shift, Tal stated, “Following the merger with Moshe Feiglin's Zehut Party and today's new reserved spots, I moved to 12th place on the final slate submitted today to the Central Elections Committee. Despite the personal cost, I fully support party chairman Minister Smotrich and stand behind him with all my strength. Hopefully, these moves will strengthen the party and the broader national camp - diversifying the slate, reaching new audiences, and bringing maximum votes to the right."

Earlier Tuesday, Smotrich introduced several new additions to the slate, including Eitam - a Bislamach Brigade reconnaissance battalion commander who fought in Gaza and Lebanon and was seriously wounded in action - and Ben Haim, a Netivot resident, social activist, and founder of the Tzav 9 movement.
