Upon receiving approval from security authorities, El Al is launching a special rescue flight operation to bring back Israelis currently in Dubai.

Tickets for these flights are being sold at a flat rate of $249 for the “Lite” fare.

The first flight (LY974) will depart from Tel Aviv in the morning and return from Dubai to Tel Aviv at 11:00; an additional flight (LY972) will depart from Dubai at 13:00.

Flights are available for booking via the El Al website and through travel agents.

Operational changes may occur as required by security or other authorities.

Please note that the flights departing from Tel Aviv will carry no passengers.

In accordance with state authority directives, each passenger is permitted to travel with carry-on luggage only (trolley-style).

Information regarding the rescue flights will be continuously updated on the El Al website.

El Al will continue to do its utmost to bolster its flight schedule and assist as many Israelis as possible in returning home safely. In accordance with security directives, passengers on the rescue flights from Dubai to Tel Aviv will not be permitted to check luggage for the aircraft’s hold or bring carry-on trolley bags into the cabin at this time.

Passengers may only bring a personal item on board.
