Oct 7, 2026·2 min read

Over 800 Attorneys and Judges participated in the 20th Annual Jewish Law Symposium on Wednesday September 16th at the Birchwood Manor in Whippany, New Jersey.

The Symposium featured a lively panel discussion on the hot topic of “The Ethics of Conflicts of Interest.”

Highlighting the event was Abbe David Lowell, High-Profile Washington D.C. Defense Attorney and founder of Lowell and Associates. Rabbi Shalom Lubin, Founder of the Jewish Law Symposium & Chabad of SE Morris County moderated a panel discussion featuring Hon. Patty Scwartz, Judge, US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit , Senator Jon M. Bramnick Esq., Founding partner of Bramnick, Grabas, Arnold & Mangan, and Rabbi Professor Michael J. Broyde, noted Scholar and Author, and Professor of Law at Emory University School of Law.

“Over the past 20 years, we have been navigating the complex topics of Ethics, Morals and Jewish Values through the lens of both civil law, Talmudic Law, and 2,000 years of Jewish ethics and wisdom. This remans the goal for this program, which was most intriguing, exciting and relevant, said Rabbi Shalom Lubin, founder of the Jewish Law Symposium.

“I find this program to be intellectually stimulating and fascinating; I love attending every year! If you come to the Jewish Law Symposium, you will walk away with a body of knowledge you will never forget!” said Event Chair Cary B. Cheifetz Esq.

The Jewish Law Symposium is a project of The Jewish Ethics Acadamy, Chabad of SE Morris County and Rabbinical College of America. For more information, please visit www.JewishLawSymposium.com or call (973) 377-0707.
