Today only: sponsor a pair of tefillin for an IDF soldier for just $250, through Thursday, 10/9 at 11:59pm ET or until the 174 matched pairs are matched!

Last week, 174 people walked off a plane in Saudi Arabia after a co-pilot stabbed the captain and tried to bring down a flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv. Passengers broke into the cockpit, two pilots who happened to be on board landed the plane with its rudder torn off, and every single person on it is alive.

A DansDeals reader reached out and said he wants to thank Hashem for that miracle.

Each pair of tefillin costs $700. Our matcher via Colel Chabad covers $350 of every pair. For today only, this reader is adding another $100 per pair, for up to 174 pairs, one for every soul that was on that plane.

That means you can sponsor a pair of tefillin for an IDF soldier for just $250 today, instead of $700.

It is hard to believe it’s been 3 years since 10/7. Today has been a very emotional day for every Jew. I am so grateful looking back at the past three years. Thankful for the difference we have been able to make in 3,500+ lives. Thousands of men are wrapping tefillin daily thanks to the donations from DansDeals readers over the past three years.

Just this month I was in Israel delivering Tefillin and Mezuzahs to soldiers who needed them.

I wish everyone could have been there to see how much joy it brought the soldiers. The entire base was excited to be part of the celebration as one of their fellow soldiers received a pair of tefillin. They were also excited for the protection the mezuzahs would bring to their base.

• Donate $250 – 1 IDF soldier gets his own pair of tefillin.
• Donate $500 – 2 IDF soldiers get their own pair of tefillin.
• Donate $1,000 – 4 IDF soldiers get their own pair of tefillin.
• Donate $2,500 – 10 IDF soldiers get their own pair of tefillin.

We have a waiting list of IDF soldiers who have committed to wrapping tefillin every day. The only thing holding them back from wearing tefillin is the money to produce them. You can sponsor a pair here for just $250 right now!

Three years ago today, this campaign did not exist. Since then, with your help, Tefillin Connection has distributed over 3,500 pairs of tefillin to men who are now wrapping them daily, over 2,000 of them to IDF soldiers, plus hundreds of mezuzahs on the homes of wounded soldiers.

We have been working directly with the IDF on our campaign and we even received a letter, here is an excerpt from it:

This soldier transport was bombed with 14 soldiers inside of it, miraculously all 14 survived with only 2 minor injuries. But two of the soldiers had their tefillin burned in the attack. Through our IDF program, they received new tefillin and are already wrapping them daily:

174 people came home from that flight. Let’s get 174 soldiers their own tefillin in their merit, today.

Now it’s up to everyone to donate and let’s get more soldiers tefillin!

If you would like to join as a partner in this campaign or donate via DAF please email [email protected]. All donations are tax-deductible.
