The MASK After School Program, in collaboration with the Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center (IDCC), brought the story of Noach and the teivah to life with a special Traveling Ark exhibit on Montgomery Street, between Albany and Troy.
The interactive, walk-through experience gave children an opportunity to explore a life-sized Ark setting and encounter animals up close, turning the familiar story of Parshas Noach into a memorable, hands-on experience. A costumed Noach, animal displays, and activities outside the Ark added to the excitement.
The event attracted a lively crowd of children and parents, with families lining the street and strollers filling the area as visitors waited to board. The gathering reflected the community’s enthusiasm for creative programming that combines Jewish learning, tradition, and family fun.
Presented in collaboration with IDCC, the program highlighted a shared commitment to enriching experiences for children and families. The event was held l’zeicher nishmas Ita bas Chanoch Aron.
