The Rockland County Legislature released a video highlighting the completion of the first project under the county’s $30 million sidewalk safety initiative. The project added nearly one mile of new sidewalks along busy Saddle River Road in Chestnut Ridge, improving pedestrian safety for local residents. Rockland County Legislator Joel Friedman played a leading role in advocating for the project and working with county officials to bring the improvements to the community.
