It would be nice if a has-been like former British Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn would remain a has-been, but every once in a while the crotchety old antisemite worms his way out of the woodwork to say something outrageously hateful toward Jews.

Case in point: Corbyn posted a video Monday in which he decries Israel’s barbaric practice of harvesting organs.

In the video, Corbyn said the director of Al-Shifa Hospital sent him a message that he had received a shipment of 60 to 70 boxes containing the skulls of Gazan women, along with their bodies missing organs.

“It’s hard to describe this,” said the former politician, who was booted out of his party over his rabid antisemitism and is now attempting to form a new political party. “That is what is happening to the people of Palestine.”

 “He said there had been a delivery of boxes to the hospital by the IDF, a large number of boxes, 60 or 70 boxes. After the IDF had gone off, they opened the boxes, and each one contained the skull of a Palestinian who’d been killed,” he explained. “They were also delivered the bodies of dead women in Gaza that had been opened and some of the organs removed.”

Al-Shifa Hospital is no stranger to controversy. The director of the hospital, Dr. Mohammed Abu Salmiya, was detained by Israel for allowing his hospital to become a command center for Hamas, which both he and Hamas denied, despite Israeli intelligence that showed a command center below ground.

He was later released in a hostage deal, to the dismay and outrage of many in Israel.

IDF International Spokesman Lt. Col. Nadav Shoshani pushed back forcefully against Corbyn’s wild claims.

“What happened to fact-checking before spreading a wild blood libel?” he asked.

“IDF soldiers haven’t been anywhere near the Shifa hospital in months! Jeremy Corbyn’s claims are completely false,” he continued. “The ’cause of our generation’ is double-checking claims and not believing journalists who spread crazy, baseless stories.”

“The IDF operates in accordance with international law and strict internal directives that prohibit such conduct. The return of bodies to Gaza is carried out through international coordination and with the assistance of the Red Cross,” the spokesman concluded.
