We regret to inform you of the passing of Reb Chaim Tzvi Elbaum, z"l, a longtime Boro Park resident, and a phenomenal talmid chochom. He was 89 years of age. 

The niftar hailed from Yerushalayim, and settled in Boro Park many years ago. 

He devoted his days and nights to intense Torah learning, sitting for many hours in the Stoliner shul, where he was greatly admired. 

He was sadly involved in a car accident some months ago, and suffered severe injuries. He was niftar in the early hours of Monday morning.
