Question:

Dear Mr. Mayor.

Thank you for being an excellent mayor for our town & for being so reachable!

The intersection of Vine and Cedar Bridge always becomes a gridlock situation during rush hour, with people inevitably blocking the intersection so that when the light turns green, the Vine St traffic can’t turn or go straight.

At the very minimum, could the area be painted with a box & even possibly a sign of not to block the box?

Good morning. Thanks for the kind words

We will work with the county since Cedarbridge is their road and they have final say over the intersections that connect to it. Vine is one of the streets that will be affected by the improvements the county is planning across the entire length of Cedarbridge.

I will ask our engineer to reach out to them and see if we can’t get some improvements done in the meantime
