Iranian Missile Veers Into Arab Town Near Hebron, Kills 4 Palestinian Women In Beauty Salon
An Iranian missile fired toward southern Israel on Wednesday night veered off course and struck inside the Palestinian Authority, killing four Palestinian women inside a beauty salon in the Arab town of Beit Awwa near Hebron.
According to reports, the projectile, described as a cluster style missile, crossed into the area during a broader barrage targeting southern Israel. The strike occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m., as air raid sirens sounded across multiple regions, including the Judean foothills, the northern Negev, and communities near the Gaza border.
Initial reports indicated three fatalities, though later updates confirmed that four women were killed in the blast.
IDF officials reportedly offered assistance to Palestinian authorities in managing the aftermath of the strike. However, Palestinian officials declined the offer, stating that the situation was under control.
