Steven Sweeney, an Irish journalist affiliated with Kremlin state-controlled outlet RT, was caught in a dangerous incident in Lebanon after reportedly remaining in an area despite evacuation warnings and narrowly missing an Israel airstrike.

Sweeney and his cameraman, identified as Ali, were both seen in footage following the incident and appeared to have escaped without serious injury.

In a video from the hospital, the cameraman joked about the experience, saying, “Turns out you can hear the missile when it’s flying at you.”

The footage quickly circulated online, drawing attention to the moment and the close call they experienced.
