Bingo Wholesale Market Coming to Florida! NY Kosher Giant Buys $16M Site for Major Expansion

Mar 29, 2026·2 min read

New York-based Bingo Wholesale Supermarket is making a major move into Florida. The company has purchased a large industrial property in the Dania Beach, Hollywood area of South Florida for approximately $16 million, according to property records.

The site, located at 5650 Anglers Avenue, spans roughly 8 acres and includes about 76,000 square feet of industrial space. Previously occupied by a private Budweiser distributor, the facility is expected to undergo significant renovations as part of Bingo’s expansion plans.

The acquisition was made through Sunwise Holdings LLC, a Florida-based entity tied to Bingo partner David Weiss. The seller was listed as Todd Stephens, according to records.

While the company has not officially announced its exact plans, the property will most likely serve as a central distribution hub, for a larger retail expansion across South Florida. Potential markets include growing Jewish communities in Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Tampa, and other areas across the state.

Bingo Wholesale, often described as a “kosher Costco” for its bulk-discount model, has built a strong following in New York. The company is looking to replicate that success in Florida, where demand for affordable kosher options continues to rise, and there are not many other options.
