Israeli embassies all over the world are acutely vulnerable to attack — and Israel’s embassy in London is no exception. Video circulating online overnight directly threatened the embassy, warning in English, Arabic and Hebrew that “the embassy of the Zionist regime in London has been targeted by two drones containing radioactive and dangerous carcinogenic materials.”

The statement warned everyone to “stay 900 meters away from the location. And do not pass through there due to the presence of radioactive materials.”

The video also stated that “all the nations of the world” should “stay away from all Zionist and American interests,” because the day will soon come when “you will see with your own pure eyes the humiliation of the tyrannical governments.”

Very high and mighty threats — but it all amounted to diddly squat.

The video came to the attention of Counter Terrorism Policing London, which said it was investigating.

“Counter Terrorism policing London are aware of a video shared online overnight in which a group claim to have targeted the nearby embassy of Israel with drones carrying ⁠dangerous substances,” Matt Jukes, the head of counterterrorism at London police, said in a statement.

Police wearing hazmat suits were seen Friday moving through the park, collecting discarded materials in case they contained dangerous substances, but the embassy was unscathed, and all staffers are safe.

A group with ties to Iran called Ashab al-Yamin took responsibility for the video.

It looks like the “tyrannical” entity being humiliated is not the target of the threat but the group that posted the video.
