After 10 days of agonizing searches, a body has been recovered near Herzliya. Emergency personnel and ZAKA teams are now working to confirm whether the remains are those of 17 year old yeshiva student Avraham Yeshayahu Spiegel.

Avraham went missing following the double drowning tragedy at Sanz Beach in Netanya on Friday, April 10th, where he entered the water together with his brother, Yissachar Dov Spiegel.

Yissachar Dov was pulled from the water but later passed away, while Avraham remained missing as large scale search efforts continued for 10 days.

The body has been taken to Abu Kabir for identification as family members are praying for closure so he can finally be brought to burial
