Baltimore, MD - Apr. 22, 2026 - On Monday and Tuesday morning of last week, Safe Green Transit drivers arrived at their dispatch location to find that two buses had been vandalized. One sustained significant damage to the rear windows, costing thousands of dollars to repair.
Police were called and a report was filed.
As a local community nonprofit organization, Safe Green Transit reached out to Shomrim to request assistance. Shomrim verified with the local police precinct that there would be regular patrols in the area and deployed a camera trailer for surveillance at the site.
