
Massive Boro Park ShopRite Property Heads for $41 Million Sale in Sweeping Deal

The Glass family, owners of several ShopRite supermarkets throughout New York and New Jersey, are in contract to purchase the property housing the Boro Park ShopRite at 1080 McDonald Avenue, including the shopping center, parking lot, and adjacent retail and office space.
First reported by PincusCo, the property is being sold by the Leser Group for approximately $41 million. The Leser Group has owned the site for more than 40 years, having purchased it in 1985.
According to the report, the deal is expected to close by June 30, 2026. The Glass family already operates the ShopRite location through Glass Gardens Inc., which owns multiple ShopRite stores across the region.
