The IDF announced Sunday that an Israeli reservist was killed in a Hezbollah drone attack in northern Israel a day earlier.
The killed soldier was identified as Warrant Officer (res.) Alexander Glovanyov Hy’d, 47, of Petah Tikva, who served as a driver in the Transport Center’s 6924th Battalion.
According to an IDF investigation, Hezbollah launched several explosive drones toward Israeli territory near the Lebanon border during the attack.
One of the drones struck the area and killed Glovanyov, the military said.
