This local Tesla driver is B”H lucky to be alive.

The driver tells TLS that his vehicle was traveling on the Garden State Parkway yesterday while operating in FSD (Full Self-Driving) mode, as indicated on the screen. He said that while leaning over to swat a fly on the windshield, he accidentally struck the steering wheel, disengaging the FSD system. This caused the vehicle to veer into the adjacent lane and collide with another car.

Luckily, he was able to regain control of the vehicle and pull over.

Both vehicles sustained minor damage.
