An MVA occurred at approximately 12:45 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Lawrence Street and Tallman Street in Spring Valley.

Sources tell Monsey Scoop that one of the vehicles involved fled the scene before crashing into a nearby property, after which the driver fled on foot. The driver of the second vehicle became trapped and was extricated by the Spring Valley Fire Department.

Hatzoloh EMS, Spring Hill EMS, the Spring Valley Police Department, and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene. Minor injuries were reported, and police are investigating the incident.
