Hatzalah Central Jersey’s main emergency number, 732-370-3600, has been fully restored after experiencing a temporary outage Friday afternoon that prevented callers from reaching dispatch.

During the outage, residents were instructed to use the backup emergency number, 732-888-3000, to request emergency assistance.

Although the issue has now been resolved, Hatzalah Central Jersey is encouraging all residents to save the backup number, 732-888-3000, in their phones. Having the alternate number readily available can help ensure uninterrupted access to emergency services should a similar issue occur in the future.
