The funeral procession escorting the aron of Active Monsey Fire Department First Assistant Chief Hugh (Chaim) Jacobson is making its way from Kehillas Sha’ar HaShamayim to the Monsey Fire Department. Dozens of emergency vehicles from across Rockland County and beyond, including numerous fire departments, the Kiryas Joel Fire Department, Chaverim of Rockland, Spring Hill EMS, Faist EMS, Ramapo Police, and other emergency agencies, are participating in the moving tribute honoring his decades of dedicated service.
