Photos Show Trump, Vance Coordinating Strikes on Iran from Separate Locations
WASHINGTON (VINnews) – Photos released by the White House show President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance directing U.S. military strikes on Iran while operating from different locations.
Trump led the operation from Mar-a-Lago in Florida, meeting with his national security team, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio, White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, and Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Dan Caine. Meanwhile, Vance oversaw a separate group of officials in the Situation Room in Washington, D.C., participating via conference call. His team included Secretary of Energy Chris Wright, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
The images depict both leaders reviewing maps and tracking the military operation, described by officials as “Operation Epic Fury.” Following the strikes, Trump spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The White House said the photos illustrate the complex coordination involved as U.S. forces targeted Iranian military and nuclear facilities over the weekend.
