JERUSALEM — The Israel Defense Forces are preparing to call up about 100,000 reservists and increase readiness across multiple fronts in Operation “Roaring Lion” targeting Iran, a military spokesperson said.

Northern Command has reinforced both defensive and offensive units, Central Command is focusing on counterterrorism efforts, and Southern Command continues to defend the “Yellow Line” along the Gaza Strip. Israel is also strengthening its borders with Egypt and Jordan.
