The Saudi network Al-Arabiya reported that last night, Israel carried out a ground operation in Iran using Mossad operatives and special forces.

The report cited unnamed “sources,” without providing further details. Israel has not commented on the report, and no official response has been issued.

Earlier, the IDF released additional dramatic footage from Operation “Roaring Lion”, showing a strike on a squad of Iranian air defense soldiers.

The squad had been deployed in an attempt to target Israeli Air Force aircraft operating over Iranian territory using advanced anti-aircraft systems.

The squad was eliminated before it managed to carry out a launch. The strike was conducted as part of ongoing operational activity against threats to Israeli Air Force aircraft.

In addition, Israeli Air Force aircraft continue to regularly strike air defense systems intended to target aircraft, including launchers, missiles, and radar systems. The IDF clarified that the activity is aimed at removing threats to aerial freedom of operation.

At the same time, the Air Force continues to strike Iranian fire-array sites and ballistic missile launchers.

The IDF emphasized that it “will not allow the Iranian terror regime to operate defense systems to harm Air Force aircraft and will continue to strike attempts to arm missile launchers.”
