Washington – U.S. President Donald Trump sharply criticized Iran’s leadership, saying they are “sick people” and warning that without current U.S. actions, a nuclear war could have erupted.
“They are mentally ill, angry, crazy, and sick,” Trump said at the White House. “If we weren’t doing what we’re doing now, a nuclear war would have broken out. They would have wiped out many countries.”
His comments come amid heightened tensions over Iran’s nuclear program and regional influence.
