NEW YORK — More social media activity by the wife of Zohran Mamdani has come to light, including a post referring to reports of sexual violence during the October 7 attacks as a “mass rape hoax,” according to a report by The Free Press.
The outlet reported that Rama Duwaji liked more than 70 Instagram posts critical of Israel, including some describing the Oct. 7 assault by Hamas as “collective liberation” and others accusing Israel of a “vile land grab.”
The report also said Duwaji liked posts calling for the International Criminal Court to issue an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and another referring to then-President Joe Biden as “Butcher Biden.”
Mamdani has said his wife is a private person who holds no formal role in his administration. He has previously described Hamas as a terrorist organization and called the Oct. 7 attack a “horrific war crime.”
