A woman in her 30s was killed in a Hezbollah rocket strike at Mahanayim Junction in northern Israel, emergency officials said.

Magen David Adom paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene after she was found with severe shrapnel wounds and multi-system trauma.

“We arrived at a difficult scene… she had no signs of life and we were forced to pronounce her dead at the scene,” said MDA paramedic Oren Ne’eman.

Two others were injured in the attack, including a man in his 20s who sustained a head injury from shrapnel after pulling over during the siren. He was transported to the hospital in light condition.
