
(VINnews) – Iran executed a man accused of spying for Mossad, as authorities intensify a broader crackdown following unrest and recent conflict.
Mahdi Farid, 55, was put to death Wednesday after being convicted of espionage and “corruption on earth,” according to state-linked media. Officials said he had provided sensitive information related to a government-linked organization, though details and evidence were not publicly disclosed.
