LIKUD CRACKS? New Poll Shows Major Erosion In Netanyahu’s Base Ahead Of Elections
A new Channel 12 poll is raising alarm bells inside the Likud, showing growing dissatisfaction among the party’s own voters less than a year before elections.
According to the survey, only 58% of Likud voters say they are certain they will vote for the party again. The remaining 42% are either undecided, considering other parties, or say they may not vote at all.
Among those considering leaving:
• 10% are looking at Naftali Bennett’s new “Together” party
• 6% are considering Gadi Eisenkot’s “Yashar!” party
• 4% may move to Yisrael Beiteinu
• 3% to Otzma Yehudit
• 6% say they may not vote at all
When asked why they are reconsidering support for Likud:
• 37% cited the October 7 disaster
• 23% pointed to the draft law controversy
• 14% blamed Netanyahu’s personal conduct
• 13% cited growing division within Israel
The poll also found that 30% of Likud voters believe Netanyahu should “step down with dignity,” though 64% still say he should continue leading the party into the next election.
