
10 Injured, 1 Critically, as Bus Crashes Into Tree on Tel Aviv’s Dizengoff Street

TEL AVIV (VINnews) – At least 10 people were injured, one of them critically, when a bus crashed into a tree and an electrical pole on Dizengoff Street in central Tel Aviv on Monday, veering into pedestrians.
Magen David Adom ambulance service said a 15-year-old girl was in critical condition with multi-system injuries. She was being transported to Ichilov Medical Center while receiving CPR.
A 49-year-old woman and a 76-year-old man were listed in serious condition. A 39-year-old man was in moderate condition with a back injury. The conditions of the remaining injured were not immediately detailed.
Authorities had not released information on the cause of the crash or the identity of the bus driver as of early afternoon.
