The massive Shoppers Haven expansion in Monsey is moving into its next stage, with the design now finalized for the new four-story retail building at the growing shopping complex.

The building is expected to become one of the largest pieces of the broader expansion, adding several floors of retail space and room for dozens of businesses as Shoppers Haven continues to grow into an even bigger shopping destination for the Monsey area.

Available renderings of the project, built by Rose Developers, with both the exterior and interior design completed by SilverLock Architecture + Design, show a modern multi-story structure with large windows, updated storefront space, and a refreshed look for the expanding mall.

The new building is part of the ongoing transformation of the Shoppers Haven property, where earlier phases have already introduced significant changes to the complex and its parking layout. In addition, a glass bridge will connect Phase 1 with Phase 2, and sources close to the development say that additional plans are already being discussed. These future additions are expected to further enhance and expand the overall shopping experience at the Shoppers Haven complex.
