The Israeli Air Force struck a Hamas facility in northern Gaza yesterday that the IDF says was being used to store weapons and prepare attacks against Israeli troops. According to the military, the building in Jabalia served as a Hamas “ambush position,” where operatives had recently been working to rebuild the terror group’s capabilities and plan attacks. Several Hamas operatives were killed in the strike, the IDF says. The site was located around 50 meters from the IDF’s “Yellow Line” and was considered a threat to troops operating nearby.
