Jared Kushner warned Hamas leader Khalil al-Hayya during talks in Cairo that U.S. intelligence indicates elements within Hamas may try to avoid fully disarming. “The test will be in the implementation, and if you try to cheat, the process will stop and no one will stand in Israel’s way,” Kushner said, according to two sources who attended the meeting. The U.S. Postal Service has issued a new rule requiring states to provide basic voter information for mail-in ballots, including the voter’s name and home address, tied to a unique barcode.
