The official and the source said Israel is receiving updates from the Emiratis and that the investigation was still in its early stages. There are still questions about the suspect’s intentions, they added.
4:46 PMWhy This Deep Red State Is a Battleground for the GOP’s Future | WSJ Idaho, deeply Republican and mostly rural, is about the furthest you could get from a battleground state. So it is no surprise it is often overlooked in the national media during midterm elections. This Mountain West state has become a key bellwether for the fight over what a post-Trump Republican Party could become at the national level, as well as a test lab for some of the nation’s most controversial conservative legislation.

The American military is getting oil from the United States’ Gulf allies flowing through the Strait of Hormuz, while choking off Iran’s exports. Also, Fareed talks to Kim Ghattas, a contributing editor at the Financial Times about Iran and how Lebanon went from ‘the Paris of the Middle East’ to being enveloped by conflict.
