IDF commandos captured five Arab terrorists in the Samaria town of Qabatiya who were allegedly planning an imminent terror attack against Israelis, the military said. Smotrich said the tax cut is intended not only to help motorists, but also to limit knock-on price increases across transportation and other sectors of the economy.
