Two men were arrested after allegedly climbing out of a Manhattan manhole near the hotel where Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was expected to stay. According to the NYPD, surveillance footage captured 26-year-old Kevin Rodriguez and 25-year-old Samuel Reveron emerging from the sewer near Park Avenue and East 61st Street early Wednesday. Both men have been charged with trespassing and conspiracy. 💥 🇱🇧 Two Years Ago Today: Israel Killed Nasrallah in Hezbollah’s Underground Beirut Headquarters Exactly two years ago today, on September 27, 2024, Israeli fighter jets killed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah in a massive strike on the terror group’s underground headquarters in Beirut’s southern Dahiyeh district. The operation was codenamed “New Order.” Nasrallah was meeting senior commanders in a bunker reportedly more than 60 feet — roughly 18 meters — underground. According to the IDF, the headquarters was concealed beneath residential buildings and was struck with dozens of bunker-busting bombs. The attack also killed Hezbollah’s southern front commander Ali Karaki and senior Iranian Revolutionary Guards commander Abbas Nilforoushan. Hezbollah confirmed Nasrallah’s death the following day, ending his 32 years at the helm of the Iran-backed terror organization.
