The footage he posted shows a handcuffed inmate using a brush and red paint inside a cell. Ben Gvir said the inmate had to cover the entire wall himself within hours, crediting tougher policies introduced by him and the prison commissioner. He also took aim at political rival Yair Golan, claiming terror inmates want Golan in charge so he would restore the comfortable prison conditions they previously enjoyed.
