DEVELOPING IN SPRING VALLEY: Spring Valley Police and the Rockland County Sheriff's Office are investigating after a person was found deceased outside the U.S. Post Office on North Madison Avenue. Police received a report of an individual slumped over in front of the building. Responding officers determined the person had no pulse and requested emergency medical personnel to the scene, who subsequently pronounced the individual deceased. The investigation remains ongoing.
