Grok Bot just dropped (early beta)
Basically xAI built you a team of AI coworkers that actually do the work you need done, similar to Hermes (I shared about this last month)
They get their own computer. They log into your tools (Gmail, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Sheets, whatever). They use them like a real person would. And they keep going 24/7 even when your laptop’s closed.
🎯 What it does
You message a Bot like a teammate: “Research these prospects, draft LinkedIn + email sequences in my voice, leave them for me to approve.”
It goes off, signs in, researches, drafts, queues everything up… then pings you when it needs a thumbs-up.
You can spin up a whole crew at once: one on outbound, one on inbox, one on expenses, one as chief of staff. They work in parallel and even hand stuff off to each other.
🪄 How to use it
1. Give it a job in plain English
2. Connect the tools it needs (one-time login)
3. Optionally show it a workflow once so it learns the routine
4. Approve the important stuff, let it run the rest on schedule
✅ How to start
- Head to https://x.ai/bot
- Download for Windows (desktop + mobile coming)
- Or try free / sign in if you already have Cursor Ultra or SuperGrok Heavy
- Create your first Bot and just start talking to it
💡Cool stuff you can do with it (Not limited to these!)
- Overnight sales pipeline + outreach drafts
- Zero your inbox and park drafts for morning
- Expense reports with all the receipts
- Talent sourcing + intro messages in your voice
- Weekly reporting that just… appears
- Bug reproduction, account health checks, offsite planning, and much more!
✍️ Fun ideas to try
🔥 “Every Monday at 7am, pull my top 20 open deals from Salesforce, research them for updates, and then draft me an email in my voice for each one"
🔥 “Watch me process refunds once, then handle the next 50 yourself and only ping me on edge cases”
🔥 Spin up a “Chief” Bot that coordinates 3 other Bots and only bothers you when something actually needs a human
🔥 Go through all of my tools and systems from the last 90 days and tell me the 3 biggest issues you see with my current way of doing business
It’s like hiring a bunch of tireless junior teammates who never sleep, never complain, and actually finish the work.
